Q: Do you create custom paintings?

I’m very sorry but I am not accepting commission enquiries for the foreseeable future. If this changes I will update this page and make an announcement on social media.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

I ship original paintings and prints all over the world. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me and I will set this up for you. Please note: shipping costs do not include Customs charges and/or import fees. The buyer is responsible for all Customs and/or import fees. There is no way for me to estimate Customs fees in advance and include them in the shipping cost.

Q: How are your original paintings shipped?

Large canvases are removed from the wooden frame, rolled up and shipped in a sturdy postal tube. These can then be re-stretched onto a new frame in a local framing / art shop. Canvases 12"x18" or smaller are shipped intact and ready to hang.

Q; How long does shipping take?

Original artwork is shipped with tracking & insurance from the UK within 3 working days of ordering. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping options that are available.

Prints are individually made to order and can take up to 14 days to dispatch from the fine art printer, although it is normally a lot faster than this. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping options that are available, in some cases it can take up to 30 working days. If your item has been in the postal service for more than 30 days and still hasn’t arrived, please contact me. I cannot be held responsible for any delays after your print has been ordered, if your parcel is stuck in transit I can only apologise but this is something beyond my control.

Q; Can I return or cancel my order?

As prints are custom made in the size required, they are non refundable as per UK consumer law. If you have made an error in ordering a print, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do what I can to help. Orders of original artwork are non-refundable after they’ve been shipped but may be cancelled prior to shipping.

Q: Can I use/share one of your paintings on Facebook, or my website/blog?

Yes, providing that it is for a non-commercial, non-profit use and my images are not edited in any way or overwritten.

I will need to be credited alongside the image, for example: "Artwork by www.chloetrayhurn.com".

Prior agreement is required for any commercial / for-profit ventures.  Please contact me if this is something you are interested in.

Q; Are your images copyrighted?

All of my work is copyrighted and I take plagiarism very seriously. Copyright law exists for a reason, anyone that breaks the law will face legal action.
